When is the Best Time to Pray?

Some like to pray early in the morning; some, late at night. But, is there ever a good time to pray? I don’t think anyone can answer that question, but we can agree that God wants us to commune with Him as much as possible. Because God is the Creator, and the power-source, He wants us to be plugged into Him at all times. We are weak and will “fall short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3:23,) but His grace is renewed every day and we have comfort in knowing that God loves us, and will never lead us astray. God is not limited by time or any other tool of measurement created by man. He does not need to take a break and rest in order to rejuvenate His power. He is always available; ready to make great strides in our lives for His glory, so we should make it a priority to commune with Him throughout the course of the day. Too busy at work?: stop and pray; just got into an argument with someone who cut you off on the road?: stop and pray; stressed out over your financial situation?: stop and pray; not happy with your physical appearance?; stop and pray; sick and tired of just being sick and tired?: stop and pray. Remember: God tells us to “be still, and know that I am God,” (Psalm 46:10.) When the devil is attacking your mind, stop and know that God is. HE IS. He is bigger than any problem we have and will ever endure. Your problems have already been defeated. So, when is the best time to pray?…all of the time.
